Your Artwork, Your Responsibility
When you upload any design, make sure it’s original and doesn’t infringe on someone else’s copyright or trademark. It’s up to you to verify your files before sending them our way.
Content Submissions
Everything you submit images, text, and designs must be legal and free of any violations. We’re not responsible for any errors or legal issues that may come from your files. Your privacy is important to us, and we protect your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
How Can You Place Your Order?
Here’s what to expect when you place an order with us:
Color Matching Disclaimer
We do our best to get the colors right, but variations can happen due to screen settings, print methods, or materials. If the exact color is critical, we recommend providing a physical sample.
Artwork Guidelines
To avoid delays, please send artwork in CMYK color mode and 300 DPI resolution. We’ll use what you submit to create your digital proof.
Proof Review
Double-check your proof before giving the go-ahead. Once approved, we print exactly what you’ve signed off on. We can’t be held accountable for mistakes missed during this step.
Post-Approval Edits
Any changes after approval might cost extra. We may also reject designs that don’t meet our quality or technical standards.
Materials Used
We use sturdy, reliable materials like kraft, cardboard, corrugated board, and rigid stock. However, how your packaging performs depends a lot on how it’s stored and handled. Premium finishes may involve added charges.
Payment Information
All transactions are processed in USD. Full payment is required upfront, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. We accept:
Production Timeline
Once production begins, changes can’t be made. Please confirm every detail before we proceed.
Shipping & Delivery Notes
Our typical production time is 6–8 business days. While we do our best to pack and ship with care, delays or damages in transit are outside our control. Always double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. For complete shipping info, see our Shipping Policy.

Custom Order Policy
Since every order is custom-made, we don’t offer refunds. However, if there’s an error on our part, contact us within 2 business days and we’ll look into it. Depending on the issue, we may offer a reprint or correction. Full details are in our Return Policy.
Reprint Guidelines
Let us know within 2 business days of receiving your package if there’s a problem. We’ll review it and, if eligible, start the reprint process.
Overruns and Underruns
You might receive a few extra boxes at no charge. To avoid receiving fewer than needed, consider ordering a bit more than your actual quantity.
