Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Coverage
- We provide commercial shipping services.
2. Shipping Cost
- 100% Free Shipping: We offer standard ground Free Shipping on custom packaging orders.
- There are no hidden handling fees or extra freight surcharges calculated at checkout—the price quoted for your custom boxes is the final price you pay.
3. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Daily Order Cut-Off Time: Orders completed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) (GMT-05:00 Toronto Time) will begin processing the very same business day. If your order or payment is finished after this 5:00 PM cut-off time, our team will begin working on it the next business day.
- Order Handling & Setup Time: Our handling time is 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on weekends or statutory Canadian holidays. This 1 to 2 day period is the time we need to check your artwork, set up the printing machines, and safely pack your custom boxes for shipment.
- Courier Transit Time: Once your order leaves our facility, shipping typically takes 3 to 4 business days, Monday through Friday. The exact transit time can vary just a little bit depending on the shipping carrier and your delivery address.
- Total Estimated Delivery Window: The total estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 business days from the moment you place your order. Your final delivery date depends on what time you order, our handling setup, and the carrier’s shipping time.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Fulfillment Window: As configured in our logistics pipeline, transit time typically takes 4 to 6 business days after the production cycle is finalized.
- Delivery Locations: This timeline applies evenly to standard delivery points.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your custom packaging order has passed quality control and is picked up by our freight partners, an automated notification will be sent to your email.
- This email will contain a tracking number and a direct carrier portal link to monitor your delivery status in real time.
- If your order is marked as completed and you have not received tracking information, please contact our support desk.
Logistics Disclaimers & Exceptions
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we partner exclusively with top-tier courier networks, occasional transit delays can happen due to adverse weather conditions, border custom clearances, or unexpected carrier bottlenecks. If your shipment extends beyond the expected 4 to 6 business day transit window, please email sales@packlim.ca so our logistics team can investigate with the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Corporate clients are responsible for ensuring that the destination address is accurate, complete, and accessible for freight trucks before completing a purchase. Packlim cannot be held legally or financially liable for lost shipments or delivery delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete structural address details provided at checkout.
Damaged Packages & Freight Discrepancies
Since packaging products are vital to your business supply chain, we inspect all orders before dispatch. If a shipment arrives physically damaged by the courier:
- Document the condition of the exterior pallet or parcel by taking photos immediately.
- Contact our customer care team at sales@packlim.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will prioritize an internal review to arrange structural replacements or technical corrections promptly.
